We are The Hyndman Family, or "Team Hyndman" as we call ourselves: Greg, Amy, Nick, and Isabella. This blog is created to share our story and experiences living with Nick's disabilities. Nick has cerebral palsy and progressive hearing loss. We hope we are able to share not only our story, but information and resources we've learned about along the way, educate others about cerebral palsy, and meet other families and individuals living with cerebral palsy.

What Are You Thankful For?
Hi all,
What are you thankful for? We'd love it if you'd share it with us!
We'll be talking about what we're thankful for later this week!
Hi Hyndmans! My family (Mrs. Hubbard and myself, Nathan, Emily, Audrey, and Lily) has much to be thankful for. We're most thankful for our faith in God and His provision for our family in everything...and I mean EVERYTHING! Through every mountain and valley our family has gone through, He has been faithful and rock-solid, never changing. I hope that your Thanksgiving is filled with the blessing of knowing God's faithfulness. Thank you for the opportunity to share! Sincerely, Jason Hubbard
I am thankful for being able to make a positive difference in children's lives. It is easy "to do" things for a special needs child. It's harder to say NO, try doing it yourself....just try. You have to know their indivdual strengths and weakness to be able to know just what to push and just not what to push. It's rewarding to see their faces in THEIR independence and accomplishments. Making a difference is truely what I am thankful for! Kat B
